Iran Women's Bill Of Rights
Saturday, April 15th, 2023, was the first symposium focusing on the Iran Women's Bill Of Rights; the collective proposal for Iran put forward by the “Woman, Life, Freedom” movement. Scholars, social scientists, lawyers, and feminist activists such as Mehrangiz Kar, Homa Hoodfar, Mohammad Tavakoli, Nayereh Tohidi, and others gathered to discuss the proposed Bill Of Rights and examine its strengths and weaknesses. Participants were also invited to comment on the bill as the symposium analyzed numerous controversial topics requiring wisdom, knowledge, and patience by all.
